CONSULTATIONS
* Please do come for a consultation before your appointment date. A consultation allows you to discuss your desired style with your stylist, how long it will take to complete the style, the type of hair extension to purchase and the cost of the service. Your stylist will also be able to answer all questions that you might have
SCHEDULING AND CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
* If you didn't make a deposit : To prevent No Shows, No calls and last minute cancellations; You MUST CONFIRM by 2:00 PM the day BEFORE your appointment date.
YOUR APPOINTMENT DAY
* Please BE on time. Please remember that tardiness of one person delays ALL following appointments for that day. Appointments that are not honored within 30 of your appointment time with no notification of a late arrival may have to be cancelled due to scheduling conflict and deposits may be forfeited .
* Based on experience we can give you a general estimation of the time it will take to complete your tyle. However, every situation is different and special so it is only an extimate. Sometimes styles run longer and sometimes shorter than expected. For best results we ask that you do not rush your stylist. For those who are having a style that takes 6 or more hours, we recommend that you do not have your hair done on the same day as important engagements.
* We ask for your consideration in regards to bringing children. It is best to make other arrangements for someone to care for them while you are having your hair serviced.
* Our waiting area is limited and is used for consultations and customers waiting to be serviced. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing along friends and family to wait for you while you are having your hair done.
* When having your hair done, if at any point you feel that the braids are too tights or your style is not going the way you have discussed with your stylist, STOP and let her know as soon as you know. After the style is completed it will be too late to make any adjustments.
