Once your order is placed and payment clears, your order will ship within 1-2 business days.

► UNITED STATES ORDERS

Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, with Delivery Tracking included. The tracking number will be emailed to you letting you know your package has shipped.

USPS First Class mail is typically delivered within 2-5 days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me PRIOR to checking out, so I can adjust the invoice to reflect your personal preferences.

►► Please confirm the shipping address you enter is correct. Packages are shipped to the address that appears on the invoice. I cannot be responsible (or issue refunds) for packages that are lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Buyers are responsible for any re-shipment fees for packages that are returned due to an incorrect address.


If using Paypal, please confirm your shipping address with PayPal, so we both can be assured that your package is being shipped to the correct address.

► INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The shipping charges listed are for standard USPS First Class International Shipping, which to some countries could take up to 2 weeks to receive your package. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me PRIOR to checking out, so I can research additional shipping options and adjust the invoice to reflect your personal preferences.

PLEASE NOTE: Following the US Customs Law, all items are declared as "Merchandise" (along with the currency value) on the customs form. The Customs number will be emailed to you letting you know your package has shipped.

► DUTIES & FEES:
International buyers are responsible for paying all duties, customs charges and any fees that may apply to their specific country.

► I am not registered to collect tax in other countries, therefore my items DO NOT include tax. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes/duties/fees, etc. applicable to their country.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES:
Depending upon your country, it is possible that your order may be held at your local post office for pick up rather than delivered straight to your door. Sometimes this is done because the recipient is not home when the delivery attempt was made, or when customs fees are due. Typically, the postal service will leave a notice that delivery was attempted. It is strongly encouraged for buyers to monitor the progress of their order using the tracking information provided.

Parcels that have not been collected will eventually be returned to sender. If that is the case, once I receive the order back in its original condition, I will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed. If you wish for me to resend the package it will be necessary for you to pay a second shipping fee.

► Recently, the USPS enacted a new rule that uncollected packages may require a return shipping charge. Please be advised that if you don't collect your package, and it is returned to me, and I incur a reserve shipping charge - that full amount will be deducted from your refund - assuming the package is returned safely to me and all items are in their original condition. Damaged or missing items / packages are not eligible for a refund.
